All Saints Day Cemetery Committee

SET UP WEEKEND BEFORE HALLOWEEN

TAKE DOWN WEEKEND AFTER HALLOWEEN

This committee will make a sign for the “St. Mary’s All Saints Cemetery.” Includes: cut out large headstones (patterns available in school office) – students will work on headstones at school. Committee then laminates and secures headstones to posts and puts headstones in cemetery, located in front of Parish office.

Committee will disassemble cemetery at end of event.

Halloween Party Committee

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 31ST 9:00 - 10:30 AM

The Halloween Party takes place in the morning in the school gym. This event is for all grades, including childcare.

There are several games and activities for all students to participate in. Gift bags are given to all students. Committee decides on games and activities, refreshments and gift bags for students.

Committee members are expected to be available day of event to help with games and activities, as well as set-up and clean-up.

Audubon Days Parade Committee

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 15

This committee will decide on a theme for our float in the Mayville Christmas Parade. Members will plan and coordinate building of the float.

School and Childcare families are always invited to walk with the float.

Catholic Schools Week Committee

SUNDAY, JAN. 26 - SATURDAY, FEB. 1

ACTIVITIES AND EVENTS THROUGHOUT THE WEEK

This committee helps with the special festivities for Catholic Schools Week. Events for this week are carefully coordinated with the school staff. Special events for the week are decided upon and then handled by the committee, depending on the need.

This committee is often split into sub-committees that handle different activities during the week. These activities are determined by the committee and school board. Much planning is done to make this a special and enjoyable week for our students and staff.

Easter Egg Hunt Committee

WEEK BEFORE EASTER BREAK

This committee plans the Easter Egg Hunt for our 3K through 2nd grade classes. Eggs are filled with candy and toys, then hidden outside on the playground and back lawn area (weather permitting.)

Committee members are needed the day of the event to help with hunt and handing out bags for collecting eggs.
